Our company offers "Paintless Metallic Resin Molding," where we dye resin pellets in metallic colors and produce them through injection molding. Since there is no paint film, it does not become industrial waste and is recyclable. In the painting process, it is necessary to collect and dispose of the paint that is misted into the air, but this burden is eliminated. Additionally, the concept of peeling is removed, allowing us to eliminate processes such as overcoating, which reduces manufacturing costs due to the absence of painting processes. 【Features】 ■ Significant cost reduction achieved by eliminating the painting process ■ Elimination of the concept of "peeling," leading to longer product lifespan ■ Realization of resin reuse ■ Reduction of environmental impact *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThis is an introduction to our technology case studies that enhance material properties and create new materials. We redefine injection molding as a technology that utilizes shear flow, imparting innovative material properties. This enables high applicability and a high degree of design freedom. As a potential application, by utilizing Nisshin's long fiber pellets for orientation control, it can become a solution to enhance the strength of the material as a whole or in parts. [Overview] ■ It can become a completely new material that goes beyond the framework of mere products. ■ We redefine injection molding as a technology that utilizes shear flow, imparting innovative material properties. ■ High degree of design freedom. ■ High applicability. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study on the production of "PES resin lenses." These lenses weigh half as much as existing glass lenses and allow for a high degree of freedom in shape and design. Our company has the technology to achieve ultra-thick molding of over 20mm from a flange as thin as 2mm without overmolding, and we also possess the technology to suppress sink marks in flat areas to 5μm even in ultra-thick molding. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Nisshin Kogyo's Technical Features】 ■ We have the technology to achieve ultra-thick molding of over 20mm from a flange as thin as 2mm without overmolding. ■ We possess the technology to suppress sink marks in flat areas to 5μm even in ultra-thick molding. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationHere is an introduction to product examples of "uncoated metallic resin." In existing technologies, issues such as blistering caused by paint film peeling and hidden defects beneath the paint film have been problematic. Therefore, we provide our metallic resin solution. It does not peel even with repeated use and achieves over 30% lower costs compared to painted products. [Issues with Existing Technology (Excerpt)] ■ Extremely high defect rate in metallic painting ■ Significant power loss in the painting process ■ Large amounts of paint dispersing into the air and the need for recovery ■ Painted or plated products are not recyclable ■ Design constraints due to painting *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationNisshin Kogyo holds a patent for orientation control technology of fillers with anisotropy, which improves phenomena such as significant strength reduction at welds, distortion caused by uneven shrinkage, and color tone irregularities. This technology has effective cases against warping of molded products and is an important technology for our company. This case has improved the weld strength of long fiber reinforced resin test pieces to five times that of standard products. Our orientation control technology is applicable not only to long fiber reinforced resins but also to metallic colored resins, PP + talc-based materials, and other filler-added materials. We are currently also developing molding technology for materials added with CNF (cellulose nanofiber).

Free membership registrationAt Nisshin Kogyo, we are addressing various molding defects, such as color unevenness that tends to occur with high-brightness metallic resins, using our orientation control technology. We have successfully developed a technology that makes the "orientation phenomenon," which prominently occurs in metallic-colored resin molding, invisible from the surface of the molded product. This was developed as our unique technology without relying on materials, special equipment, or patents held by other companies. Currently, we are continuing to develop this technology to make it more versatile and establish it as a core technology. By utilizing this technology, it becomes possible to express a metallic appearance that previously relied on painting solely through molding, as well as reducing painting costs, solving the "peeling" problem, enabling resin recycling, and reducing environmental impact, among many other benefits.
