This product is a high-speed response thermocouple with a minimum wire diameter of approximately 12.7 microns. It can be securely installed on test specimens and is suitable for applications that require high strength, such as engines, various internal combustion engines, and air compressors.

Additionally, the thin-film heat flux sensor is thermally bonded to the heat sink support, achieving low thermal resistance. The thin-film heat flux sensor has a wide heat flux range and can measure with consistent accuracy. Changing the output range of the heat flux meter is possible by adjusting the range of recording devices such as voltmeters, and there is no need to replace the built-in thin-film heat flux sensor.

This is a heat flux sensor that can be used in environments up to 980°C without water cooling. It is installed on the surface of the object being measured and accurately measures the heat flux entering and exiting the object. In many cases, it can also be used embedded within the object.

The CAPTEC RF series radiation sensor is a groundbreaking radiative heat flux sensor that is alternately covered with thin heat-absorbing plates and reflective plates, allowing it to measure only the radiative heat applied to the sensor surface. Unlike conventional radiometers, this radiation sensor does not require the installation of infrared filter windows. Additionally, the sensor's sensitivity remains constant even with temperature changes, outputting a voltage that is perfectly proportional to the radiative heat flux value. The emissivity of the sensor surface can also be specified as desired, enabling more accurate measurement of radiative heat under various thermal environments.

The CAPTEC heat flux sensor HF series accurately measures the heat flux (conduction, convection, radiation) that flows in and out of the sensor surface. The sensor is composed of a high-density thin-film thermopile, making it an ideal heat flux sensor with extremely low thermal resistance. Additionally, this sensor has no sensitivity variation due to temperature changes and continuously outputs a DC voltage proportional to the heat flux value. It is available in a flexible type that can be attached to curved surfaces, a rigid type for flat surfaces, and custom designs in various shapes and specifications are also possible.
