Compared to our conventional products, we have achieved a drying rate that is more than double under the same temperature conditions, and reduced the drying time to less than half. In a vacuum environment, heating through convection is not possible, so the heating methods are conduction or radiation. Achieving high radiation under vacuum means that heating can be done quickly, leading to significant cost reductions. By applying our unique groundbreaking special processing (patent pending) to the heat source section of the vacuum dryer, we have successfully increased the radiation heat in a vacuum, and it has been confirmed that the heat absorption of the workpiece has significantly improved.
