• Prototype Services

Techno Taiyo Co., Ltd. develops quality control programs for each product in mass production and creates "QC process charts." Following these charts, we conduct incoming inspections, initial inspections, in-process inspections, and shipping inspections. We also devise production methods, production equipment, and production tools tailored to each lot, achieving the best costs with optimal methods. At Techno Taiyo Co., Ltd., we have established an independent room (inspection room) next to the machining workshop for the purpose of quality control and assurance of our products. We build a QC process for mass production for each product and create a "QC process chart." We thoroughly conduct initial checks and process checks on-site, and shipping inspections are carried out in the inspection room.
