【Features】 ■ This is a carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin (CFRTP) prepreg with excellent resin impregnation achieved through a unique manufacturing method. ■ It has a high fiber ratio per unit volume, providing excellent mechanical strength. ■ The resin is uniformly impregnated throughout the prepreg, allowing for reduced molding time.

"ENDUREDGE" is a thermosetting prepreg that reduces void formation and achieves a good appearance. The design of the prepreg, which allows for easy gas permeability, reduces the occurrence of surface pinholes and internal voids, resulting in an excellent appearance even in out-of-autoclave molding. Since it can be stored at room temperature, it solves issues that have been challenges for thermosetting prepregs, such as low-temperature transportation, freezing storage, and property degradation due to thawing and refreezing. 【Features】 - A unique design with excellent gas permeability in the thickness direction reduces the occurrence of surface pinholes and internal voids. - Room temperature storage is possible due to a unique resin formulation technology. - It is a high-heat-resistant modified epoxy grade. This product is developed by Mitsubishi Engineering-Plastics Corporation, a group company. In addition to having higher strength and rigidity than aluminum and zinc, the UD tape based on PP and general-purpose polyamide has low water absorption and excellent stability of physical properties. The high-performance polyamide resin fibers are mixed with continuous fibers to create a thread-like form, which is soft and excels in workability and moldability. Additionally, it allows for quick molding and can accommodate various molding methods depending on the environment and application. 【Features】 ■ Compatible with molding using 3D printers and TFP (embroidery machines). We would like to introduce UD tape as an example of shaping and processing with Suprem. We will introduce examples of molding and processing using Suprem's CFRP (carbon fiber composite material) matrix resin. Molding and processing into UD tapes, prepregs, and films as alternatives to super engineering plastics such as PEEK and PEKK. This new material offers high strength and high heat resistance, making it suitable for metal replacement. "LEXTER" is a carbon-neutral material made from sebacic acid derived from the plant called "tougoma." Compared to other nylons, it has a high modulus of elasticity and, as a polyamide, has an extremely low water absorption rate, making it resistant to a decrease in elasticity even when absorbing water. Utilizing its moldability and wide processing window, we offer a variety of prepreg materials. It can be applied to various uses such as automotive and motorcycle parts, aircraft components, construction materials, and sporting goods.
