This is a case study of ceramic pin machining by Sanwa Creation. We introduce our achievements in precision micro-machining with a minimum diameter of φ0.03, pin machining not only in round shapes but also in triangular, square, and oval shapes, as well as our diverse processing results for ceramics. Processed materials include alumina, zirconia, silicon nitride, silicon carbide, hot-pressed ceramics, steatite, and more. We can accommodate both cases: when you provide the materials for us to process and when we procure the materials ourselves for processing. Applications for the products include pin gauges, ejector pins, pilot pins, positioning pins, and more.

This is a grinding pin used in a pin mill type grinder for crushing various foods and pharmaceuticals.
