• Other conveying machines

The specifications of the conveyor belt change depending on the temperature of the items being transported. Sankitech has handled numerous conveyors designed for high-temperature work. We can accommodate temperatures from room temperature up to about 300°C with heat-resistant belts, but it becomes significantly more difficult to manufacture beyond that. The transport conditions vary greatly, including the mass and shape of the items, the prohibition of scratches, transport speed, cooling time, and alignment. For 20 years, we have been creating one-of-a-kind conveyors. We would like to introduce our manufactured product, the "Product Transport Conveyor (SPPK)." By equipping it with the "Pataly" feature, which prevents overlapping of the input workpieces, it also prevents any drops on the transport surface. The upper R-section transport has been designed to ensure that workpieces do not slip off even in the R-section, achieving an optimal height for the supports. We would like to introduce our "Aluminum Chip and Sprue Separation Conveyor." It can separate fine materials using a slatted chute, and further fine angle adjustments are possible. The tail section uses a black rubber flex belt, and the inclined section smoothly passes through the R part with five pressure rollers. The "Idra Stock Conveyor" is an accumulation roller conveyor that allows for tool-free adjustment of the guide and stopper positions to match the size of the conveyed workpiece. Since the guide and stopper positions are fixed with a clamp lever, they can be adjusted without tools. The conveyor uses accumulation rollers to prevent damage from rollers during idle times. We would like to introduce our "Box Stock Conveyor (2-Tier Roller Conveyor)." The upper conveyor loads at the tip, counting signals from the extraction machine. Once the specified number is counted, it repeats the action of moving one pitch. When the box is full, the operator removes it from the conveyor midway on the lower tier and supplies an empty box in the same location. • Other conveying machines

The "Special Flex Belt Conveyor" is a conveyor designed to transport powdered rice crackers brought in from a crusher. To carry the moisture-containing powdered rice crackers, a belt with vertical and horizontal wave ribs has been adopted to prevent spillage. To prevent food rust, including cleaning and washing, it is made entirely of stainless steel (SUS). • Conveyor

This product is a conveyor transport line that transfers cut aluminum die-cast return material (branches other than the product) via two hinge conveyors to a bucket conveyor, which then feeds into a melting furnace. Each hinge conveyor is reinforced with high-tensile material to mitigate impact during loading. This product is a conveyor designed to transport forging materials (cylindrical shape, at a temperature of approximately 900°C), cut them out at a designated position using an air cylinder, and supply them. Since there is a possibility of wear on parts that come into contact with the workpiece, such as the bottom surface of the cutting section, heat treatment has been applied to each component. The "Potato Conveyor Belt (All SUS Specification)" is a product designed to transport potatoes sent from the washing machine and feed them into the peeling machine. To mitigate the impact on the potatoes during loading, a flexible rubber belt is used.
