To minimize the adhesion of fine dust and particles to products during processing, we can carry out processing in a semi-clean room as per your request. In the semi-clean room, we prevent the entry of dust and particles through a double-structured entrance equipped with air filters, air showers, and adhesive mats. A double-structured transfer door is used for the transfer of products in and out of the semi-clean area. Additionally, upon request, we also conduct hardness measurements and tensile tests of metal parts.
