Our company is dedicated to deep hole machining, including small diameter and deep hole processing using gun drilling, 10D processing with pilot drill-equipped slow away drills, and deep hole machining with cam drills. At the same time, shaft machining requires center hole processing, but the cost of center hole machining is not reflected in the unit price, and the center hole machining machines are relatively expensive for the processing involved. Therefore, we have manufactured our own center hole machining machines, which we have been using for many years. Our company is capable of deep hole machining utilizing high-pressure coolant technology. For machining that utilizes high-pressure coolant technology, it is essential to adopt a high-pressure discharge model with a spindle center through-coolant function, which allows coolant to be supplied to the cutting edge through the through holes of the spindle and tool as a function of the machining center.
