Tow prepreg is an intermediate material in which resin is impregnated into tows (bundles) of carbon fibers and is primarily used for high-pressure hydrogen tanks for fuel cell vehicles and reinforcement of motor rotors. The feature of this product is that it is a tow prepreg impregnated with a special epoxy resin that has gas barrier properties, and it is designed for the Type.5 (linerless) tanks that have been under development in recent years. In addition to hydrogen tanks, it is expected to be used in hydrogen stations and water electrolysis devices by combining this resin with glass fibers and other materials. This is a cellulose nanofiber water dispersion obtained by processing bacterial cellulose hydrogel solely through physical treatment. It can be used as an additive for thickening and strength enhancement in various fields. By adding Mi-Cell, you can impart viscosity to the material. Compared to existing thickeners, it can exhibit approximately 8 to 80 times the viscosity when at rest. Additionally, when shear forces such as stirring are applied, the viscosity decreases rapidly, and when stirring stops, the viscosity rises again, allowing for easy mixing with other materials while exhibiting high viscosity at rest. By adding Mi-Cell to substances that tend to separate, like water and oil, emulsifying action is achieved. It can be used as an environmentally friendly surfactant derived from fermentation.

It is a hydrogel composed solely of cellulose nanofibers, approximately 50 nm in diameter, obtained through microbial fermentation and water. It is produced using a method similar to that of nata de coco, which we consume. It has high water retention properties, with cellulose making up 1% of the hydrogel while retaining 99% water, allowing it to maintain its moisture without drying out even when left at room temperature for extended periods. It is highly biocompatible and poses no harm when in contact with the human body. Additionally, it is an environmentally friendly material as it can be produced solely through fermentation without any chemical processing.

The Hi-Rotor is a mixer that achieves high-dimensional stirring power, degassing power, processing capacity, durability, and quietness. By doubling the rotational speed of the self-rotation to that of the revolution, it generates high shear force = stirring power, and degasses using a vacuum pump that produces a maximum of 50Pa. It can accommodate four containers. The simple structure that does not use gears in the drive unit ensures both durability and quietness. It has various applications across different industries, including electronic materials, resin materials, paints, medical materials, and cosmetics.
