Since its establishment in 1953, our company has been engaged in the precision machining of mass-produced automotive parts. Our business requires strict dimensional accuracy management along with flexible production capabilities. We respond to the challenge of providing high-quality products consistently and pursuing efficient productivity through the "introduction of advanced technology." What are our achievements? Materials: Cast iron, forging, steel, aluminum casting, stainless steel, ceramics, etc. Processing: Cutting, turning, grinding, and serration using general-purpose equipment. Parts: Engine, transmission, brakes, axles, batteries, motor cases, etc. What are our features? Process design: We set up equipment and automated transport in-house as much as possible. We also provide one-stop service for the design and manufacturing of "jigs." We respond quickly to sudden design and specification changes. Quality control: To minimize defects caused by thermal variations that negatively affect dimensions, we manage the synchronization of materials, equipment, and room temperature in a temperature-controlled room. We utilize IT for daily trend management and maintain stable manufacturing conditions. Leveraging the quality management and processing technology expertise cultivated in automotive mass-produced parts, we have expanded into the medical industry, manufacturing and selling artificial hip joints and our own surgical instruments.
