Nihon Denko Kogyo is a company that specializes in variable multi-product production, handling small lot items across a wide range of applications. We have a rich variety of plating solutions, centered around our in-house developed liquids. We propose and provide optimal specifications from the base layer to the finish, tailored to your applications and needs. ○ Electroplating Gold (pure gold, gold alloy), platinum, palladium, rhodium, ruthenium, silver (glossy/matte), copper (copper sulfate/copper-tin), nickel (glossy, matte, black tin) ○ Electroless plating Nickel-phosphorus (RoHS compliant), gold, copper, platinum, etc. ○ Anodizing Hard anodizing, soft anodizing, colored anodizing ○ Electrophoretic painting Clear electrophoretic painting, colored electrophoretic painting ○ Titanium anodizing ○ Polishing, cleaning, sealing treatment, etc. ● Gold, silver, palladium-nickel plating can be done up to 100μm. ● Nickel-free, compliant with RoHS directives, REACH regulations, etc. ● We manage anodizing solutions through our plating know-how.
