Time Paint Co., Ltd. is confident that we can contribute to various fields through our state-of-the-art equipment and extensive experience and knowledge. We accept orders for electronic components, architectural hardware, large enclosures, and more with short lead times. Additionally, we can respond quickly to requests for silk printing and parts processing, in a consistent collaborative manner beyond just painting. Particularly, surface treatment is the final process for components, and it often happens that there is insufficient time at the point of acceptance. Therefore, Time Paint conducts the degreasing process in-house during the pretreatment stage, allowing us to respond to urgent requests at any time. Furthermore, since prototype parts often require small quantities and short lead times, we have installed a separate small drying oven, enabling work to proceed independently from the usual processes, allowing for same-day responses. The curing temperature varies depending on the materials used, requiring precise temperature settings. Time Paint's drying oven can be set to temperatures ranging from 50°C to 200°C in 1°C increments, allowing us to meet more stringent requirements.
