Osaka Yuka Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. is a specialized chemical manufacturer focused on precision distillation. Our commitment is to "high quality." Based on well-maintained equipment and excellent distillation technology, we continuously strive for the highest separation accuracy. We do not allow any compromises in purity, recovery rate, distillation time, and other aspects essential for advanced product creation. To expand our "Plant Service," a support service for customers to carry out their own distillation, Osaka Yuka Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. has established a subsidiary, Yuka Engineering Co., Ltd., to enhance our proposal capabilities for introducing distillation equipment to our customers.
Business Activities
Our company offers comprehensive services related to precision distillation. Research and Development Support We refine the raw materials entrusted to us using laboratory distillation equipment (ranging from 0.1 L to 50 L) for our customers' fundamental research and other purposes. Based on the results, we derive optimal solutions for transitioning to production-based distillation. Contract Processing We perform purification of various chemical substances with precision tailored to our customers' requests. We can handle quantities ranging from several hundred grams to tens of tons. Drawing on the technology and experience cultivated through the high-purity refinement of over 1,000 chemical products, including pharmaceuticals, pesticides, fragrances, liquid crystals, and electronic materials since our establishment, we provide comprehensive proposals regarding raw material selection, optimal distillation, and utilization of collected data. Plant Services Based on test data from our equipment, we propose distillation purification systems. After installation, we also provide customization and maintenance services according to our customers' needs. Additionally, we offer technical support for actual operations and propose optimal conditions and distillation methods to establish the desired production system.
