Since we cannot manufacture the furnace body itself, we started the development of a prototype in collaboration with a furnace body manufacturer. Currently, we have achieved a lineup of batch furnaces and conveyor furnaces. Although it took a considerable amount of time from the initial stage, the temperature distribution inside the furnace is now very good.
