The "sheath thermocouple" features a structure where the wire and compensation wire are connected within a sleeve, filled with heat-resistant epoxy resin. The outer diameter of the sheath is available from Φ0.1mm to Φ8.0mm. It solves issues that have traditionally been difficult to measure, such as temperature measurement in precision molds, surface and internal temperatures of engines, small areas, narrow spaces, surface temperature and temperature distribution of materials, as well as high-speed responsiveness. 【Features】 ■ Fine tube finish The small outer diameter allows for easy insertion into small temperature measurement objects or narrow spaces. ■ Sensitive to minor temperature changes with quick thermal response. ■ High durability under high temperature and high pressure (350kg/cm²). ■ Minimum bending radius is up to twice the outer diameter of the sheath and can be bent by hand.
