PUREfrex (Fully Reconstituted Cell-Free Protein Synthesis Reagent) PUREfrex is a cell-free protein synthesis reagent that uses only the factors necessary for protein synthesis derived from E. coli, reproducing the transcription and translation reactions solely in a test tube. By simply adding the template DNA or mRNA, the desired protein can be easily obtained. This reagent is expected to accelerate not only basic research in protein science but also the development of protein-based biopharmaceuticals. 2. Antibody Artisan (Monoclonal Antibody Production Service Using Phage Display) Antibody Artisan is a monoclonal antibody production service that utilizes complete artificial human antibody production technology. Specific antibodies can be rapidly obtained from a library of 45 billion types of artificial antibodies, including those that cannot be produced through animal immunization. By establishing strategic antibody selection methods, such as producing antibodies that can distinguish minute differences like the presence or absence of phosphorylation modifications, it is possible to target the production of antibodies with the desired specificity.
