Inspection and measurement
All final products and items manufactured by Shin-ei Seisakusho are thoroughly checked using a 3D measuring device for measurement and inspection down to every corner of the product. By in-house developing the external inspection system, we have eliminated time loss and achieved product commercialization in a shorter time. We conduct process inspections by third parties at each stage to reduce measurement errors caused by individual differences, aiming for a zero defect rate.
