It is suitable for applications subjected to severe abrasive wear and medium to low levels of impact. The multi-layer overlay can maintain full wear resistance up to 350°C (660°F) and a typical surface hardness of 55 HRC at high temperatures up to 540°C (1000°F), and it is available in single or multiple layers with a thickness of up to 20mm. DUROXITE WIRE is also available, allowing for extended wear resistance through its use in welding applications.
