This is a flat hinge made entirely of SUS316. Since all parts from the wing to the shaft are made of SUS316, it excels in "corrosion resistance" and "chemical resistance" compared to SUS304. Additionally, the "R shape" of the wing part makes it difficult for dirt and cleaning solutions to accumulate in the corners, and even if they do adhere, the properties of SUS316 prevent rust from forming. It is ideal for use in ships, marine structures, and food and pharmaceutical factories.

■Achieves smooth and quiet operation (oil damping mechanism) Utilizing the viscosity of oil, this rotary damper allows for smooth and quiet opening and closing, as well as reciprocating motion of lids and doors.
