RS proximity switches are reed switch type proximity switches that operate using magnetic force. There are two types of operation methods: the magnet type, which operates with a magnet, and the metal plate type, which operates with ferromagnetic materials such as iron and nickel. They use internal reed switch elements, making them low-cost and easy to use.
