Free membership registrationFocusing on "cell proliferation," one of the indicators of cell quality, we compared the results of cell proliferation and culture medium component analysis when changing the culture conditions. This is the result data from an experiment where the frequency of medium exchange was set to three conditions during the maintenance culture of iPS cells in a feeder-free environment, followed by three passages. In this verification, we used the cell culture environment analysis device "BioProfile FLEX2."
