Automated Analysis Device for Cell Culture Environment 'BioProfile FLEX2'
BioProfile FLEX2
Accelerating the development of the COVID-19 vaccine - Rapid simultaneous measurement of multiple items with trace samples using the automatic analysis device for cell culture environments, FLEX2.
To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the urgent development of vaccines is required. It is said that managing the culture environment is crucial in the process of vaccine research and development involving host cell cultures. The "BioProfile" series of cell culture environment analysis devices from Nova Biomedical is widely adopted by major pharmaceutical companies and institutions in Japan and around the world for managing culture environments in vaccine research, development, and manufacturing processes. At Nova Biomedical, we hope to contribute, albeit modestly, to the development of COVID-19 vaccines by offering flexible purchasing programs tailored to your budget. For more details, please contact us through the inquiry form, and we will respond promptly. We also have materials available for cell culture analysis using our devices. 【Features】 - Monitoring the progress of cell culture - Quantification of key components in the culture medium - Early detection of abnormalities in the culture environment through regular monitoring - Capability to measure multiple items with one device, significantly reducing measurement time by consolidating the functions of multiple devices into one - Numerical backing for the timing of medium changes - Maintenance-free and sensor card-based, reducing the workload for researchers on equipment maintenance

basic information
The "BioProfile FLEX2" is an analytical device that employs micro-sensor technology. This technology allows the "BioProfile FLEX2" to achieve "reduced maintenance related to electrodes," "shortened measurement time," and "significantly reduced sample volume," making it an automated analysis device for cell culture environments. It can measure all 16 parameters with a minimal sample volume. All 16 parameters can be measured in just 4 minutes and 30 seconds, and with individual modules, the measurement is completed in 2 minutes. 【Measurement Items】Up to 16 items Metabolites: Gluc, Lac, Gln, Glu Electrolytes: NH4+, Na+, K+, Ca++ Gases: pH, PCO2, PO2 Total cell density, viable cell density, viability, cell diameter, osmotic pressure 【Specifications】 ■Automatic calibration: 2 hours (fixed) / Required time 2 minutes ■Operating environment: Temperature 10~30℃, Humidity 20~85% ■External dimensions: Width 432 × Depth 635 × Height 610 mm Width 640 × Depth 635 × Height 610 mm (with osmotic pressure module) ■Power supply: AC90–534V, 50/60Hz ■Weight: 42.6 kg (main unit) 65.9 kg (with osmotic pressure module)
