1. Manufacturing of ship parts on an urgent basis We provided design support, material procurement, machining, welding, and inspection within two days, delivered to the port, confirmed there were no issues, and ensured customer satisfaction. Our company excels in urgent responses. 2. Manufacturing of items for plating It was necessary to perform a high-temperature treatment known as molten zinc plating. When the material thickness is thin, distortion can occur due to the high temperature, leading to additional costs for distortion correction. Therefore, we proposed a design that prevents distortion, assisting in cost reduction. 3. Manufacturing of hardware for ship radar For about 20 years, our company has consistently produced the antenna and housing components of ship radar with stable quality. We also conduct processing, plating, painting, assembly, as well as radio wave measurement and motor operation tests. 4. Manufacturing of waveguides Our company has been producing various types of waveguides in different lengths and shapes for a long time. We also accept painting for waveguides. 5.
