It is a hot air circulation drying device that dries products while transporting them through the furnace using conveyors and rails, and it heats the furnace space with gas flames. When drying at high temperatures such as 100 to 190°C, it is referred to as "baking paint," and by adjusting the transport speed and temperature according to the properties of the paint, baking can be performed within the specified time. If the temperature and time corresponding to each paint are not adhered to, the performance will not meet specifications, making this device essential for "baking paint." The speed of the conveyors and rails and the temperature can be adjusted to change the baking time. Additionally, since it flows continuously, sensors are installed to stop it.

This is a painting tool that supplies air and paint through hoses from a spray gun. As long as the paint in the supply tank is properly diluted and mixed, painting can be done without restrictions, which is why we have deployed it in many of our lines. Due to the constant circulation of paint between the supply source and the hose at a constant air pressure, there is less unevenness in the application. Additionally, compared to gravity-fed or suction-type spray guns, the main body of the spray gun has significantly fewer movement restrictions, making it easier to handle.

The container introduced in this section has about five times the capacity of a cup-type gravity spray gun and can also mix paint, resulting in less color variation. Despite having a similar appearance, there are suction-type and pressure-feed types. In a suction-type spray gun, paint is drawn up by the negative pressure created when air passes through the spray gun, so as long as air can be supplied to the air jack, painting is possible. In a pressure-feed spray gun, the spray gun body and paint are delivered by the force of air and a pump, so it is necessary to attach an air jack to each, but compared to gravity and suction types, the pressure is more stable, resulting in less paint variation.

Without a painting booth, even slight winds, dust, or paint mist can affect the finish, making it an indispensable device for painting.
