With a high airtightness and high insulation specification, combined with a household air conditioner, the energy-saving design reduces electricity costs for air conditioning to one-third of the usual amount, significantly lowering both initial and running costs of the equipment. Additionally, the interior materials use cedar boards from Tokushima Prefecture.
