■Device Overview - This is a device for manually stacking the positive electrode, negative electrode, and separator with high precision in the lamination process of lithium-ion batteries. - In the stacking process, the positive and negative electrodes set in the stocker are alternately supplied with the separator that is roll-fed, and stacking is performed.

This device is used to alternately stack electrodes and separators for test laminate cells. The separator is set with hoop material and cut to any desired size, allowing for infrequent material changes and efficient stacking.

The electrolyte vacuum injection machine creates a vacuum inside batteries and capacitors to permeate and inject the electrolyte. This machine is equipped with a separate injection head for cylindrical cans and a separate injection head for laminated cells. It is designed for installation in a glove box under an argon atmosphere or in a dry room.

The electrolyte vacuum filling machine creates a vacuum inside the battery and capacitor to permeate and fill with electrolyte. This machine is a filling device for laminated cells. The installation location is compatible with glove boxes or dry rooms in an atmosphere of argon, nitrogen, or other inert gases.
