The challenge was the "inspection after cleaning," which was being conducted visually after cleaning the metal masks. Additionally, frequent model changes led to increased time and labor costs, and there were concerns about variability in inspections due to human oversight. To address this, we introduced the "Metal Mask Inspection Machine." We resolved the issue by utilizing the image inspection capabilities of the Metal Mask Inspection Machine. The challenge was managing the aging degradation of tension, as we were unable to understand the changes in tension due to the initial tension of the metal mask and its frequency of use, and we had not measured the tension values during new creation. Therefore, we introduced the "Metal Mask Evaluation Machine." We resolved the issue by utilizing the tension measurement function of the metal mask evaluation machine.
