We would like to introduce a case study on solving issues related to printed circuit board assembly using the "Metal Mask Inspection Machine." The challenge was the "inspection after cleaning," which was being conducted visually after cleaning the metal masks. Additionally, frequent model changes led to increased time and labor costs, and there were concerns about variability in inspections due to human oversight. To address this, we introduced the "Metal Mask Inspection Machine." We resolved the issue by utilizing the image inspection capabilities of the Metal Mask Inspection Machine.
