The outer wheel's orbital surface is made spherical, allowing the inner wheel and rolling elements to be freely tilted inside the outer wheel. High-temperature bearings are named for their application in high-temperature working environments, typically above 150°C. Even under harsh environmental conditions, the adoption of suitable products can significantly reduce maintenance frequency and enhance durability. In recent years, bearings have been applied in a wide range of fields with diverse shapes and designs, such as transport conveyors and transport platforms. Resin-type bearings possess performance and applications not found in stainless steel, using resin materials like PE, POM, PP, PTFE, PVDF, and PEEK for the inner and outer rings. For rolling elements and retainers, materials such as Si3N4 balls, ZrO2 balls, glass, and stainless steel are used through precision machining, making them suitable for environments that require precision, corrosion resistance, and self-lubrication.

Our company's ceramic bearings are primarily made from three materials: ZrO2, Si3N4, and SiC, featuring characteristics such as magnetic insulation, electrical insulation, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, self-lubrication, and resistance to both cold and high temperatures. Additionally, while we typically use PTFE, PEEK, and NYLON for the retainers, we can also accommodate requests to eliminate the retainer based on customer specifications. In the case of ceramic material retainers, they excel in wear resistance, corrosion resistance, strength, and self-lubrication properties, making them suitable for harsh operating conditions such as vacuum environments, high corrosion, and extreme high and low temperatures. The material we commonly use for manufacturing is ZrO2.

Stainless steel bearings can achieve high strength and high precision in the systematic mass production process. They are also suitable for manufacturing products that require rust and corrosion resistance. Stainless steel bearings are widely used due to their characteristics of operational stability, low noise, and corrosion resistance. Applications: medical devices, low-temperature processes, optical equipment, high-speed machinery, printing equipment, food processing machinery.

Ceramic ball bearings, made from ceramic materials (mainly Si3N4), possess characteristics such as low density, high stress coefficient, low thermal expansion rate, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, making them the most suitable for high-speed and precision machinery. MNK's high-speed precision ceramic bearings have main rolling elements made of ceramic Si3N4, with inner and outer rings made from bearing steel, achieving a rotational accuracy of P4 or higher.

Cross roller bearings have conical rollers arranged alternately in a perpendicular pattern on a V-shaped rolling surface. This structure allows the cross rollers to handle forces from various directions, including radial loads, axial loads, starting moments, and dynamic loads. The rollers make line contact with the raceway surface, which reduces the risk of deformation due to heavier loads. Additionally, they feature excellent rigidity, space-saving design, and precise positioning even at high rotational speeds, making them widely used in industrial robots, robotic arms, and medical equipment machinery.

Our available dimensions range from an inner diameter of 1 inch to 40 inches. There are three specifications as follows: 1. Radial contact (L type) 2. Angular contact (M type) 3. Four-point contact (N type). The material for the socket housing is either bearing steel or stainless steel.
