Leveraging the features of our system construction, we have installed a 2.8t ceiling crane while achieving a large span of 30m. By pursuing an economical design for the column pitch in the longitudinal direction of the building, we have secured a spacious interior while also realizing low costs. The roof is made of double-folded plates, and glass wool is used for the exterior walls, particularly considering the working environment in high-temperature and high-humidity conditions during the summer. Additionally, skylights have been incorporated into the roof, actively bringing in natural light during the day to reduce electricity costs. Construction Location: Hashimoto City, Wakayama Prefecture Building Use: Machinery Parts Manufacturing Factory (Bearing Manufacturing) Building Size: Steel structure, 2 stories, 11,123.28 square meters (3,364 tsubo) Completion: November 2021 *You can view the case materials from the <PDF Download>. For details of the system, please refer to the "One Stop System Construction Introduction Materials."

Free membership registrationOur system construction allows for the selection of suitable roofs, walls, and structures based on the intended use and size of factories and warehouses, as well as regional environmental factors. This enables us to achieve short construction periods and low costs. Furthermore, our system buildings do not have intermediate columns. By combining wall materials (J. Wall, K. Wall) that boast self-supporting strength with Z-shaped battens that allow for overlapping joints, we have eliminated intermediate columns and reduced the weight of the steel framework, resulting in further cost reductions. Additionally, the wall materials themselves possess sufficient strength to be self-supporting, eliminating the need for temporary scaffolding, among other various features. 【Features】 ■ Roofs, walls, and structures can be selected according to use and purpose ■ Cost reduction through reduced steel framework usage ■ Adoption of roofing and wall materials with outstanding durability ■ No need for temporary scaffolding *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"GEOneo" is an efficient air conditioning system that utilizes a constant geothermal heat source for heating and cooling throughout the year. It operates on a heat exchange mechanism with groundwater or the ground using a heat pump, employing a "closed type" system that circulates antifreeze within buried heat extraction pipes, and an "open type" system that extracts and discharges heat from pumped groundwater. 【Features】 ■ Utilizes geothermal heat sources for heating and cooling ■ Energy-saving compared to air heat ■ Effective in reducing CO2 emissions as it does not use fossil fuels ■ Cost reduction possible if groundwater or hot springs can be utilized ■ Registered in the Environmental Technology Demonstration Project for Environmental Awards Heat Island Countermeasure Technology Field [Demonstration Number: 052-1101] *For more details, please refer to the materials. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.

Free membership registrationOur company provides total support for the introduction of "solar power generation systems." Additionally, we handle everything from the design to the construction of system buildings, so you can confidently leave the selection of solar panel manufacturers and the construction to us. Solar panels have a heat insulation effect, and by installing them, the surface temperature of standing seam roofs, which can exceed 60°C in summer, can be reduced by 10°C to 30°C, contributing to energy savings during air conditioning. 【Features】 ■ Effective for energy savings during air conditioning in summer due to heat insulation effect ■ Suitable for system buildings ■ Can be installed on walls as well *For more details, please refer to the materials. Feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Eco Mall" is an underground water storage tank made of precast PC that protects cities and people from flooding. Thanks to its pin-insertion structure, it allows for easy construction and shortens the construction period, while significantly reducing the number of components compared to conventional methods. By allowing for longer column spans, the obstruction rate of water by columns is minimized, enabling efficient water storage. [Features] ■ Can accommodate complex shapes by combining three spans ■ Compact yet has a large water storage capacity ■ Wide column spacing allows for cleaning with small machinery ■ Earthquake resistance that can withstand Level 2 earthquakes ■ Obtained construction technology review certification [Construction Technology Review Certificate No. 0407] *For more details, please refer to the materials. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.

Free membership registrationThe "Solar Power Generation Self-Consumption Plan" is a solar power generation system that consumes all the generated electricity within its own facilities without selling it. If the solar power generation is less than 50kW (low voltage), there is no obligation to appoint a chief electrical engineer. If you install a solar power generation system (50kW), it is equivalent to reducing CO2 by "2,863 trees" when converted to beech trees. 【Benefits of Solar Power Generation Systems】 ■ By introducing a solar power generation system, it is possible to continuously generate electricity at the same cost. ■ With self-consumption, the amount of generated electricity leads to a decrease in demand values, which helps reduce basic charges. ■ It is also possible to apply for solar power generation equipment as "green space alternative (environmental equipment)" by utilizing building roofs. ■ Subsidies for solar power generation projects, which are currently on the decline, are available if they are "self-consumption type." ■ There are also records of projects utilizing the above subsidies from the previous fiscal year. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe geothermal heat pump air conditioning system "GEOneo" is a system that has the technology to transfer heat from low-temperature areas to high-temperature areas. Conventional air conditioning systems use outside air as a heat source, which causes heat radiation from outdoor units to contribute to the urban heat island effect. By utilizing geothermal heat, there is no heat radiation from outdoor units, and the load on the heat pump is reduced compared to air heat, making it possible to reduce electricity consumption for air conditioning by approximately 40-60%. [Benefits of Geothermal Heat] ■ Energy-saving effects ■ Reduction of CO2 emissions ■ Lower running costs ■ Mitigation of the heat island phenomenon ■ CSR effects ■ Utilization of subsidies for the introduction of renewable energy *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
