In circuit models with built-in pressure compensation flow control valves, a constant descent speed is achieved regardless of the load size. The optimal circuit for the intended use can be selected from various circuit configurations, represented by the lifter circuit. In circuit models equipped with electromagnetic switching valves, a double-acting circuit can be formed, allowing for electromagnetic double-acting operation of the cylinder. 2. Lifting Valve A composite valve consisting of a load check valve, flow control valve, and solenoid check valve. When installed on the PA series gear pump with a built-in safety valve, a lift circuit can be configured. Models with built-in pressure compensation flow control valves achieve a constant descent speed regardless of the load size. 3. Electromagnetic Check Valve A poppet-type valve with low internal leakage specifications. It is oil-immersed, resulting in low noise during switching. It is a screw-in cartridge type. 4. Direct Coupling Electric Motor for Pump An electric motor that can be directly coupled with PA and PB series gear pumps. As a result, the SF coupling absorbs shock energy in its operating system and gradually releases it to dampen vibrations, reducing overloads and shock loads by over 30%, thereby facilitating smooth operation. In other words, the characteristic of the SF coupling serves as a shock absorber for rotational motion. This property is due to the elasticity of the special tooth grooves and the Cr-V steel grid members, which effectively protect the driving and driven machines.

The cycloidal reducer is a distinctive mechanism that uses a "curved plate" with a unique smooth curve (epitrochoidal parallel curve) different from involute gears in its reduction section. Combined with a proprietary arc tooth profile adopted for the internal gear, it enables smooth rolling contact without breakage, providing high impact resistance. Additionally, it can achieve a high reduction ratio with fewer reduction stages, allowing for both high efficiency and high reduction ratio. Unlike typical gear motors, its concentric axis structure (where the motor shaft and output shaft are concentric) allows for a smaller flange. Furthermore, since there is no offset between the center of the flange and the center of the motor, a compact design is possible. The Altax NEO is a small gear motor that adopts the mechanism of the cycloidal reducer and incorporates its features into a compact size.
