This is a case study of a charcoal grill restaurant that opened on December 5, 2015. On the first floor, we installed a counter-specific type of "Swan Food" at the counter seats, which received positive feedback for allowing ample space for customers to use. The second floor features raised tatami seating, and we installed a one-shot food exhaust system. To accommodate large groups, we changed the table arrangement from horizontal to vertical, allowing us to adjust the position of the intake by swapping the head of the one-shot food system as needed. This is a case study of a long-established yakiniku restaurant that moved to a new location and opened a newly constructed establishment in June 2015, celebrating its 25th anniversary. Similar to the previous location, there was a strong desire for counter seating, so a "Swan Food" counter was installed to accommodate solo diners. In our Korean BBQ and Korean cuisine restaurant, the fixtures and exterior wall tiles used in the interior and exterior were directly imported from Korea, and most of the lighting fixtures and furniture inside the restaurant were custom-made in Korea, demonstrating our commitment to using Korean products.
