To reduce fossil fuel (oil) usage, we have developed saturated polyester for powder coatings using biomass resources as raw materials. The active utilization of biomass resources contributes to the reduction of oil resources and CO2 emissions.

Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Next (formerly Nippon Yupika) manufactures biomass polyester "BIOMUP" using plant-derived materials as part of its efforts for natural environmental conservation. It contributes to CO2 reduction through the concept of carbon neutrality (thermal recycling).
