We offer contract services for high-speed rotation and destruction testing using our high-speed rotation testing device "Centorio100." The maximum rotation speed is 240,000 rpm, and it can accommodate chamber temperatures up to 250°C. Testing is also possible under vacuum conditions (below 1 mbar) and high-temperature conditions. During the tests, we can accurately measure the points of plastic and elastic deformation, allowing for consistency evaluation with design calculations and analysis of failure behavior, resulting in high-precision data acquisition. Additionally, we capture the moment of failure with a high-speed camera and report waveform data and rotational behavior.
