We would like to introduce the compression and recovery characteristics of our HELICOFLEX® series. The compression recovery of the HELICOFLEX series features a gently flattening compression curve. The recovery curve takes a different shape than the compression curve. This is the result of two permanent deformations (the elastic deformation of the spring and the plastic deformation of the outer casing). We offer multiple options for both materials and profiles (cross-sectional shapes), with design conditions ranging from a vacuum of 0.133 Pa to high pressure, and design temperatures from -60°C to +220°C.
