"Aqua Beam®" is an ultrasonic composite photocatalytic water purification device that significantly enhances water quality purification performance by combining photocatalysis and ultrasound. The decomposition power varies depending on various factors such as the target water quality and its quantity, the operating conditions of the device, and the installation environment. The ultrasonic composite photocatalytic water purification device "Aqua Beam" uses the photocatalytic material "Titanistar(R)" as its core technology and is widely used for water purification and water quality improvement. However, due to the diverse types of water and pollution conditions, there has been a demand for further performance enhancement. Instead of just combining the photocatalyst Titanistar with ultraviolet light, it became possible to significantly improve performance by combining ultrasonic technology with our photocatalytic technology after considering various oxidants. This is the mechanism of simultaneously irradiating the photocatalyst Titanistar with ultraviolet light and ultrasound. The ultrasound incorporated into the Aqua Beam releases a large amount of energy in water. The ultrasonic composite photocatalytic water purification device "Aqua Beam®" participated in the Fisheries Agency's land-based aquaculture project. This project was conducted at a grouper land-based aquaculture facility on Izu Oshima, operated by an organization affiliated with the Fisheries Agency. It was implemented to purify the aquaculture seawater, as leftover feed and waste excreted by the grouper can lead to pollution of the seawater. The water quality purification achieved by "Aqua Beam®" was evaluated positively, noting improvements in turbidity and other parameters. The presence of various mineral components in seawater, along with the successful removal of organic substances, suggests a high potential for application in the aquaculture industry. "Aqua Beam®" received an excellent evaluation in antibacterial tests against E. coli and Shigella at an oyster aquaculture facility at the National Fisheries Research Institute of Korea, where both bacteria were reduced to below detection limits from initial measurements. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

The "Ultrasonic Composite Photocatalytic Water Purification Device Aqua Beam" was developed under the supervision of Kanazawa University, incorporating "Titanister + Ultraviolet + Ultrasonic" for further improvement of water purification. In the methylene blue decolorization test, E. coli antibacterial test, and decolorization test of livestock wastewater after activated sludge treatment, comparisons were made between the combinations of Titanister + Ultraviolet, Titanister + Ultrasonic, and Titanister + Ultraviolet + Ultrasonic. The combination of Titanister + Ultraviolet + Ultrasonic demonstrated the highest decomposition performance. Additionally, in the general bacterial test for factory wastewater and the general bacterial and mold test for plating factories, performance verification was conducted using actual equipment against the contaminants discharged by customers. We would like to introduce a case study of the use of "Aqua Beam" in hot springs that we handle. This document is the test report for the photocatalytic water purification device "Aqua Beam" regarding Legionella bacteria. It has been confirmed that the Legionella bacteria and E. coli that occurred at a certain hot spring have been eradicated to the detection limit. Although the name Aqua Beam is not mentioned, this is indeed a report for Aqua Beam. At the request of the National Fisheries Research and Development Institute (NFRDI) of South Korea, the AquaBeam AB-S was loaned for purification tests of oyster aquaculture water at NFRDI. Antibacterial performance tests were conducted on E. coli and Shigella in the seawater used for oyster farming. As a result, high antibacterial performance was demonstrated from the first measurement. The AquaBeam received an excellent evaluation.
