With specifications including a pulse width of 350fs, average power of 4.5W, pulse energy of 4.5μJ, and peak power of 50MW, it boasts an unparalleled power level for femtosecond lasers in the 1.5μm range. Manufacturer: PriTel (USA) PriTel's low-noise optical amplifier "LNFA" series can amplify weak light with low noise through a tandem configuration of a preamplifier and power amplifier. The noise figure of the 33dBm (2W) model is a low noise of "<4.5dB @0dBm input." Output between stages after preamplification is also available as an option. It is widely used in applications such as research and development, 1550nm optical communication, fiber lasers, and optical switches.

Manufacturer: Sacher Lasertechnik (Germany) The Serval Plus amplifier system is a system that can amplify the Littman/Metcalf master laser from 500 to 2500mW using a taper amplifier. It allows the high-performance Littman/Metcalf laser to be used at high power. The 'TEC-420-0785-1500-FC' is a model equipped with a polarization-maintaining fiber output option, featuring a high-power model with 1.6W before the fiber and 800mW after the fiber. The built-in seed laser is an external cavity laser of the Littman type, and the wavelength after amplification can be varied from 780 to 800nm. This model is ideal for applications requiring high output, such as Raman spectroscopy.

Manufacturer: Korean Laser Technology (South Korea) Korean Laser Technology (KLT) offers a variety of VCSEL modules. The wavelengths range from 808nm to 1550nm, with power from 5mW to 800W, featuring top-hat beams and various packaging options. It is also possible to integrate VCSELs with diffusers or photodiodes. The standard FFL series allows for variable pulse width and wavelength tuning by exchanging bandpass filters, while the FFL-FR series reduces costs by fixing the pulse width and wavelength. Any wavelength within the range of 9.2 to 10.7 µm can be set at the time of manufacturer shipment (wavelength variable option available). The resonator uses an inverter with a low thermal expansion coefficient, and is equipped with a standard resonator adjustment mechanism called "Line Tracker," which maintains a constant housing temperature and actively controls the resonator length. Specifications such as an average power of 1W (at the strongest oscillation line), a narrow linewidth of 100kHz, high beam quality with M2 < 1.2, and output stability of ±3% make it an optimal laser for infrared spectroscopy light sources.
