It utilizes various materials and hardness ranging from 1μ to 1.8mm, primarily focusing on shot peening and OX's unique polishing process. The combined processing of OX-SFP and OX-POLISH results in a low friction effect sought through texturing. Micro-particle shot peening aims to impart hardness and residual compressive stress by projecting media onto the target material at speeds close to Mach, thereby achieving high fatigue strength and wear resistance.
