Here is a case study on extending the lifespan of hot forging molds. After removing the discharge abnormal layer through OX-FSP treatment, we further enhance fatigue strength. The surface becomes nanocrystalline, leading to an expected extension of lifespan. Additionally, the special dimples enable a stable supply of release agent, improving mold release.
