Our company is staffed by experienced R&D engineers who handle everything from design to manufacturing in the field of "monozukuri" (manufacturing). Leveraging years of experience and knowledge in equipment development, we create concepts from scratch tailored to our customers' objectives and applications, managing everything from specification design to prototyping and product manufacturing. Even in the absence of design documents, we conduct technical investigations through customer interviews and carefully propose how to proceed with the manufacturing process. Equipment development requires a wide range of technologies, including machining, electronic circuits, software, and mold forming, as well as collaboration with multiple partner companies. Our experienced interdisciplinary engineers (generalist engineers) integrate and manage these elements to achieve the completion of the equipment. Experienced engineers solve the challenges of "not knowing how to proceed" in manufacturing.
Business Activities
We undertake everything from conceptual planning to specification design, prototyping, and manufacturing in a consistent manner. Even in the absence of design documents, we conduct interviews with customers and perform technical/academic research to carefully propose how to proceed with production. 1. Support for manufacturing through custom production - Design and manufacture equipment and parts tailored to specific purposes, starting from just one unit - Prototype development from the conceptual stage, including ideas - Modification of existing devices and custom production of parts and jigs 2. Prototype development - Development of equipment across a wide range of fields, including life sciences and chemical-related devices - Coordination and management of technical/academic research and industry-academia collaboration 3. R&D project management (management of design and manufacturing from development planning to completion) 4. Design and manufacturing of resin molded products and production technology consulting 5. Intellectual property support in collaboration with a patent attorney office 6. Support for utilizing subsidies and grants based on experience in acquiring research and development funds 7. Support related to mental health/care (holding qualifications as a mental care psychologist)
