• Injection Molding Machine

We will automate and reduce manpower for the stacking process of washed towels. Towels can be loaded directly without needing to separate them one by one. Towels can be stacked in an unfolded state (there are also folder machines that stack them folded). Equipped with predictive maintenance features, each process of the stacking operation is meticulously recorded to detect signs of abnormalities and prevent issues in advance (such as pre-detecting motor overload conditions).

• Other industrial robots

These are chemical-resistant products made of fluororesin and stainless steel, used in analytical and chemical equipment, as well as semiconductor manufacturing devices. By utilizing overseas inventory, we can ship with a short lead time. - Valves made of PVC, PFA, PTFE, and SUS - PFA fittings (PFA tube fittings) - Flow meters made of PFA, PTFE, PVC, and SUS - Bellows pumps - Screws, bolts, washers, bearings, and chemical filters made of fluororesin, etc.

• Pipe Fittings

This device is an SSD with built-in features for automatic backup and mirroring, which can be directly installed in older PCs, workstations, and control or industrial computers. By converting traditional HDDs to SSDs, stable high-speed operation becomes possible. It is compatible with older standards such as IDE, SCSI, and SATA, making replacement easy.

• Industrial PCs

Our company offers "custom design and manufacturing, prototype development" and "total management services for product development." We design and manufacture equipment tailored to your needs, starting from just one unit. Experienced interdisciplinary engineers (generalist engineers) will solve the "I don't know how to proceed" in manufacturing. Even from a state without design documents, we conduct hearings with customers and perform technical/academic research to carefully explain how to proceed with production.
