COMPEO LAB enables efficient prototyping and testing with a discharge capacity of 50 to 100 kg/h. The Buss kneader, due to its thoughtfully designed structure, can provide the same shear force across machines of different sizes, as long as the screw configuration and screw rotation speed are the same. Therefore, by introducing this COMPEO LAB as a pilot line, scaling up to large production machines becomes easy.

Epoxy molding compound (EMC) is an optimal encapsulant for protecting various electronic components such as integrated circuits (ICs), diodes, transistors, and semiconductors. Its excellent electrical, mechanical, and chemical properties make this material suitable for electrical products and automotive applications. To fully utilize the outstanding quality of EMC, a kneading device that can effectively disperse high-fill fillers under low and fully controlled temperature conditions is required. The MX30 continuous kneader for laboratory use, which can be used for multiple purposes, is a compact continuous kneading device suitable for research and development, optimization of processing processes, and the production of development samples. This highly user-friendly laboratory kneader has the fundamental functions of Buss Kneader, known for its high reliability and long-standing track record, with a discharge capacity ranging from 5 kg/h to 25 kg/h. The processing section is modular, allowing for precise adherence to nearly all actual manufacturing process conditions. Additionally, the barrel can be opened and closed in two parts via hinges, providing easy access to the interior for simple cleaning, as well as the ability to evaluate each step along the processing process.
