It is effective for energy saving in air conditioning systems and clean equipment in factories such as medical facilities, electronics and semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, and food industries. 2. Boron-Free By using fluororesin filter materials, the risk of impurities that can cause problems in semiconductor manufacturing processes, such as boron, is minimized. 3. Acid Resistance Uses chemically stable fluororesin filter materials.
