Welding aimed at restoring shape primarily considers obtaining mechanical properties similar to the base material, and the selection of welding materials is made accordingly. To achieve a stable mold lifespan, there is no alternative but to perform welding according to the fundamentals. Our company is capable of repair techniques for ram saw blocks using Capilla 64kb for crack repairs and 64kbs for surface repairs, as well as repair techniques for bolster die holders. Our "Precision Welding" can be used for new and repair work on aluminum die-cast molds, plastic molds, press molds, and forged molds. In particular, by combining it with arc welding, we achieve high-quality welds that cannot be obtained with conventional methods. This welding process does not produce defects such as pinholes, shrinkage, distortion, or hardening or softening of the base material. In our "Aluminum Die Casting Mold Repair," we select and use suitable materials for welding based on the characteristics required for the damaged areas of the mold. We carry out the entire process from preheating to post-weld heat treatment as a continuous flow. Additionally, in "Welded Structural Molds," the size and position of cooling holes significantly influence the mold's lifespan.
