At Shuangsan Optical Coating Co., Ltd., we perform painting on magnesium alloys. Our first large-scale painting line has been completed. We would like to introduce our smart reciprocating + robotic automatic painting line (trolley conveyor line). The maximum painting size is 2m x 1m. We do not compromise on quality just because the items are large. We can achieve high-quality painting without dust attachment, utilizing the painting technology for optical products that we have cultivated over many years. In "Factory Report No. 418," we introduce the Fukushima factory of So-san Optical Coating, which has been providing high-quality painted products primarily for optical and medical equipment for many years. In 2018, our company constructed a painting line factory capable of handling large workpieces and began painting using an unmanned painting system with smart reciprocating paint machines and large painting robots.
