We perform painting on magnesium alloys. The molding methods include die casting, thixomolding, and lost wax, and even for items with non-smooth surfaces, we apply putty corrections for defects such as air holes, flow marks, and shrinkage, smoothing the surface before painting, which allows for a uniform finish. Our company has a line that allows for smooth painting of thin, light, and unstable workpieces. By drawing in air from below while painting, we can prevent paint splatter from adhering to the underside of the workpiece, solving issues such as the inability to apply double-sided tape and poor tactile quality.
