Rubber sponge that doesn't "flatten" even with long-term use - Automotive, industrial machinery, housing, equipment.

High resilience rubber that can almost eliminate permanent compression deformation even after long-term use. It can almost eliminate the need for gasket replacement due to wear. Proven performance in mass-produced vehicles.

This is a high-recovery rubber sponge that brings the permanent deformation of sponge rubber as close to zero as possible. When released from a state of continuous pressure after long-term use, it instantly returns to its original shape, with extremely small permanent deformation and excellent shape retention. Due to its excellent recovery properties, it is suitable for packing materials in outdoor equipment that require water tightness, as well as gaskets in areas where long-term water tightness is necessary and where parts are repeatedly opened and closed. It is particularly suitable for waterproof packing in remote equipment that cannot be frequently replaced, as well as packing inside devices that are not easy to replace. Additionally, it has been successfully used for applications requiring airtightness, such as odor prevention in portable toilets, prevention of paper dust scattering, and airtightness around doors.

Surface protection of machinery: wear resistance, explosion-proof, rust prevention, and improved chemical resistance coatings.

A resin lining with protective performance superior to FRP and epoxy used for surface protection, and equipped with flexible followability.

In addition to the protective performance of FRP and epoxy used for resin lining aimed at surface protection of machinery, it enhances explosion resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and chemical resistance. In harsh environments where various deterioration factors such as severe wear on construction machinery bodies, buckets, and shovels, the vulnerability of hardened tools to cracking, corrosion from chemicals and salt in coastal areas, and thermal effects are compounded, applying a polyurea resin lining to the surface will continue to protect the base part for a long time. According to JIS standards, the paint wear test shows a coating loss of 3mg after testing, demonstrating significantly higher abrasion resistance compared to other lining materials, and it maintains stable strength outdoors for an extended period due to its high weather resistance. By applying polyurea coating to particularly deteriorated parts such as bulldozer buckets, shovel sections, conveyor systems, and agricultural tillage and cutting blades, an extension of the deterioration lifespan is expected. In practical applications on snowplow shovels, it has shown significant effects in abrasion resistance and resistance to calcium chloride, and in high-grade materials with excellent chemical resistance, it has long-term resistance to 50% sulfuric acid, protecting the substrate from corrosion factors (acids, alkalis, etc.).

The material developed by VASU Corporation (a Hong Kong capital enterprise), which is a material manufacturer, is a bio-based (corn starch) and biodegradable resin material for which they hold a patent. Additionally, the plants used as raw materials are non-GMO, have ultra-high molecular weight, and low MFR, and do not contain harmful additives, making them safe for applications that come into direct contact with food. Yashima Denso is a technical trading company that serves as the official domestic agent for VASU Corporation, handling everything from resin materials to mass production and delivery of molds and molded products. *Dedicated technical staff for mold design and quality assurance will provide support. ☆Environmental Standards RoHS, REACH, FDA, DIN EN 13432 (biodegradable), compliance with Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Notification No. 370, JORA Biomass Mark, CERI CO2 emissions The above items have been addressed or are planned to be addressed. Currently, in Japan, much of the biomass resin is often used for flexible packaging and bottles, and there are challenges with biomass resins for injection molding, such as coloring, odor, and strength. However, the characteristics of VASU Corporation's injection resins include high moldability (ease of molding), coloring performance, strength, price, and a reduction in CO2 emissions during combustion based on actual measurements, which can address the current challenges.

Non-deforming sponge packing - No need for replacement due to deformation!

Are you struggling with the wear of sponges? This sponge packing can almost eliminate the "wear" even with long-term use!

High resilience ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, when used as airtight seals for equipment handling powders or waterproof seals for liquids, exhibits extremely low compression deformation even after prolonged use, ensuring that the seals do not "sag." By utilizing this feature, it becomes possible to significantly reduce the frequency of seal replacements in hard-to-maintain areas deep within machinery. As a material, EPDM excels in chemical resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance, and aging resistance. Its inherent elasticity as sponge rubber, combined with its non-sagging characteristics and consistent load response, allows it to also be used as "damping material." High resilience rubber sponge has extremely low permanent deformation, providing excellent shape retention, and it returns instantly to its original form even after being subjected to pressure for an extended period. - Features - - High weather resistance due to EPDM (ethylene propylene rubber) - Operating temperature range: -20 to +80°C - Sulfur-free grade with free sulfur below the measurement limit - Flame retardant/oil resistant grade (railway flame retardant compliant) * Custom cutting to required lengths available, with adhesive tape for delivery - Instantly restores from a compressed state - High shape retention - Extremely low permanent deformation - Soft sponge suitable for a wide range of applications

Sponge packing wear prevention measures

Are you experiencing issues with water sealing or airtightness due to the wear of sponge rubber packing? There is almost no wear even after long-term use (10 years)!

This is a sponge rubber made of EPDM with the added feature of high resilience that does not deform easily. When used as airtight seals for equipment handling powders or waterproof seals for liquids, it exhibits extremely low compression deformation even over long periods, preventing the seals from wearing out. For example, it significantly reduces the frequency of seal replacements in areas with poor maintenance accessibility. By incorporating the inherent chemical resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance, and aging resistance of EPDM, along with the "non-deforming" characteristic of sponge rubber, it eliminates the need for replacements due to wear. Additionally, by further developing this concept, it can also be utilized as a "damping material" by leveraging its consistent load response. - Features - - High weather resistance with EPDM (ethylene propylene rubber) - Operating temperature range: -20 to +80°C - Sulfur-free grade with free sulfur below measurement limits - Flame retardant/oil resistant grade (railway flame retardant compliant) * Custom cutting to required lengths available, with adhesive tape for delivery - Instant recovery from a compressed state - High shape retention - Extremely low permanent deformation - Soft sponge suitable for a wide range of applications

Sealing-less: A durable rubber packing that enables caulking-less applications.

Are you having problems with water sealing using caulking (sealing)? By replacing caulking with a durable rubber packing, you can achieve quantitative water sealing!

Is there a decrease in water-stopping functionality due to a shortage of craftsmen or lack of experience in caulking, leading to water-stopping complaints? We propose the possibility of achieving caulking-free solutions by converting part of the on-site caulking to rubber packing. Additionally, by using sponge rubber that incorporates a high resilience feature of "not deforming," we can significantly reduce the frequency of caulking reapplication. The EPDM, which is the raw material for rubber sponge, possesses excellent chemical resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance, and aging resistance. By adding the characteristic of "not deforming" to the inherent elasticity of sponge rubber, it eliminates the need for replacement due to deformation. Furthermore, by developing this concept, it can also be utilized as a "damper material" by leveraging a certain load response. - Features - - High weather resistance due to EPDM (ethylene propylene rubber) - Operating temperature range: -20 to +80°C - Sulfur-free grade with free sulfur measured below the detection limit - Flame retardant/oil-resistant grade (railway flame retardant compliant) * Can be cut to the required length and delivered with adhesive tape - Instantly restores from a compressed state - High shape retention - Extremely low permanent deformation strain - Soft sponge suitable for a wide range of applications

Non-deforming rubber packing for steamers and steam cabinets.

Are you facing issues with the wear of the rubber gasket in your steamer? By replacing it with a non-wearing rubber gasket, you can significantly reduce the frequency of replacements!

Are you experiencing steam leaks due to the deterioration of the rubber packing in your steamer or steaming cabinet? By replacing it with a rubber packing that does not deteriorate, you can significantly reduce the frequency of replacements and effectively address steam leaks caused by packing deterioration, thereby greatly decreasing the frequency of replacements due to deterioration. The rubber sponge material used here is EPDM, which excels in chemical resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance, and aging resistance. By adding the characteristic of "non-deterioration" to the inherent elasticity of sponge rubber, replacements due to deterioration become unnecessary. Additionally, by developing this concept further, it can also be utilized as a "damper material" by taking advantage of its consistent load response. - Features - - High weather resistance due to EPDM (ethylene propylene rubber) - Operating temperature range: -20 to +80°C - Sulfur-free grade with free sulfur below the measurement limit - Flame retardant/oil resistant grade (railway flame retardant compliant) * Custom cutting to the required length is available, and it can be delivered with adhesive tape - Instantly restores from a compressed state - High shape retention - Extremely low permanent deformation strain - Soft sponge suitable for a wide range of applications
