The user had been storing and transporting imported clothing on wooden pallets, but there were concerns about the occurrence of splinters and the risk of collapse due to quality deterioration. Therefore, we introduced our "Rental Pallet H4-12 (CO)" for product storage and transportation. By switching from wooden pallets to plastic pallets, we eliminated the generation of debris such as splinters at the site. Additionally, unlike wood, plastic does not deteriorate due to corrosion, so there is no risk of product collapse due to pallet quality degradation. We have installed strip-shaped grommets (anti-slip) on the loading surface, ensuring effective anti-slip measures. [Case Summary] ■ Issues - Deterioration of the site’s appearance due to the occurrence of splinters - Possibility of foreign matter contaminating the products - Risk of collapse due to quality deterioration ■ Improvements - No debris generated, resulting in a more hygienic environment - Elimination of the risk of product collapse due to quality degradation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationIn the management of pallet counts after shipment, there was considerable effort involved in confirming whether the pallets were collected without excess or shortage, and if there was a shortage, checking with the business partners. Additionally, in arranging for the collection of empty pallets, there were not only tasks such as confirming whether empty pallets were accumulating, arranging transportation, and checking collection times, but also issues such as going to collect pallets only to find none available, resulting in the arranged vehicles returning empty. Therefore, we propose the "Bank Rental" service from Sanko Lease for a drop-off operation. This can reduce the burden of managing pallet counts after shipment and eliminate the need for arranging the collection of empty pallets (transportation services). [Case Summary] ■ Concerns - The management of pallet counts after shipment is complicated. - The burden of arranging transportation for empty pallets is high. - The cost of collecting empty pallets is expensive. ■ Improvements - Reduction of the burden of managing pallet counts after shipment. - Elimination of the need for arranging transportation for empty pallet collection. - Achieving pallet collection at a low cost. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationAs challenges related to owning pallets in rice warehouses with short operating days for agricultural cooperatives, we identified the following: "Budget for purchasing pallets," "Effort required for cleaning and maintenance," and "Quantity of pallets to hold considering the rice harvest volume." In response, our company proposed "rental pallets" that can be used in the necessary quantities when needed. By adopting this solution, you have been able to use clean and hygienic pallets for the two months that the warehouse is operational. Additionally, by returning the pallets after use, you can empty the non-operational rice warehouse, eliminating the effort of pallet management. Furthermore, since you can calculate and order the necessary number of pallets during the period when the harvest volume can be estimated, a more rational operation is being conducted. [Issues] ■ Purchasing pallets for warehouses that operate for a short period poses a high cost barrier. ■ There is a need to immediately use hygienic pallets every year. ■ It is not possible to estimate the appropriate quantity of pallets to hold against the annually fluctuating inventory volume. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationAs challenges in logistics efficiency at the distribution center, there were issues such as "the decline in logistics efficiency due to differences in container standards and cardboard sizes among suppliers and business partners" and "concerns about the supply of rental containers due to significant fluctuations in volume during peak seasons." In response, our company introduced the "Leaf Container" as a standardized packaging for product delivery, improving delivery efficiency from the distribution center to stores. In the stores, we enhanced the efficiency of product stocking operations. Additionally, to address the fluctuations in volume during peak seasons, we jointly proposed the manufacturing capabilities of Sankoh Co., Ltd., allowing for rental as needed, thereby achieving stable supply. [Case Overview] ■ Issues - Decline in delivery efficiency due to non-standardized product delivery specifications - Occurrence of container sorting operations and space constraints for empty container storage - Shortage of containers during peak seasons ■ Improvements - Improved delivery efficiency through the introduction of standardized packaging and dedicated material handling - Reduced burden of container sorting operations and effective utilization of empty container storage - Achieved stable supply through a joint proposal with Sankoh Co., Ltd.'s manufacturing capabilities *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationAt a food trading company, each center had been managing pallets using their own methods, but since the methods were not standardized, the inventory did not match, and the inventory levels at each center were unclear. With the establishment of a new large center, there was a request to properly manage inventory, and we proposed our inventory management web system "TRAXGO." The large center manages six types of pallets, and by inputting data into this system, it became possible to check the inventory at each location. Additionally, by being able to manage each location, we could identify the locations responsible for pallet losses, and by taking measures, the number of losses has decreased. [Case Summary] ■ Issues - Increased management workload (i.e., increased labor costs) - Unclear pallet inventory by location ■ Improvements - Visualization of inventory by location - Identification of locations responsible for pallet losses *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThere was a customer need to change all the wooden pallets used in-house to plastic pallets. However, there were a large number of wooden pallets in use, and they were being used nationwide. Therefore, we conducted hearings with the customer regarding the delivery destinations, quantities, and operations of their pallets, and together with the manufacturer Sankoh, we established a production plan to achieve the desired range of pallet conversion. We also made new investments in molds, enabling production within the desired range. Within our company, we are developing new depot locations nationwide and have built a system that ensures stable supply even after operations begin. We have achieved a smooth transition and stable supply of pallets. [Case Overview] ■ Concerns - Whether stable supply of a large number of plastic pallets is possible ■ Improvements - Stable supply combining new pallets and cleaned pallets *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationUntil now, we manually created paper invoices at the time of pallet shipment, and both the shipping origin and destination entered the details into the pallet management system. However, due to the use of paper invoices, there were many instances of loss and errors in writing and input, resulting in low data accuracy. Therefore, we introduced our pallet management system "TRAX." When shipping products, we use reading devices to scan the RFID tags on the pallets, and when the data is sent, it is reflected in "TRAX" with the expected arrival and other information. In this way, by reading the pallets and sending data, the system is updated in real-time, preventing input errors and omissions in the invoices. 【Case Summary】 ■Issues - Low data accuracy - Inability to grasp real-time inventory status ■Improvements - Enhanced data accuracy by reducing input errors - Real-time reflection of information *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationIn the agricultural industry, the burden of loading and unloading onto trucks is very significant, posing a major challenge for producers, transport companies, and receiving businesses. The introduction of pallets is a solution, but there were concerns about the initial purchase costs and management after shipping. By taking on the management of one-way rental pallets, our company allows customers to utilize a system where they can abandon the pallets, thus alleviating concerns about managing pallets after shipping. Additionally, since customers can rent the necessary quantity at the required time, this reduces initial investment costs and storage space for inventory. Pallets can hold many boxes or containers, allowing for a larger volume to be transported at once, significantly reducing the workload. [Case Summary] ■ Issues - Concerns about initial costs and management after shipping - Labor burden from the production area to the shipping destination ■ Improvements - Reduction of initial costs through rental - Improvement in work efficiency and labor burden *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationIn rice milling companies in Gifu Prefecture, operations stop during the year-end and New Year holidays, which can lead to temporary shortages of pallets for storage and for handling increased brown rice during the new rice harvest season. Therefore, we utilize "rental pallets" that can be borrowed in the necessary quantities when needed. Our company considers your operations and offers suitable proposals that combine both sales and rentals. Please feel free to consult us, even if you are considering purchasing in addition to renting. 【Case Summary】 ■Issues - Temporary pallet shortages every year - High costs due to excessive pallet ownership ■Improvements - Cost reduction through rental for temporary shortages - Suitable operations by combining purchases and rentals *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationIn recent years, more than half of the total driver population is over the age of 50, and there is a tendency for fewer young people to enter the workforce. One of the major reasons for the shortage of drivers is the poor loading efficiency of trucks. To resolve this issue, it is necessary to implement "integrated palletization," which allows for consistent transportation from shipping to unloading while keeping the goods on pallets. However, there are challenges such as the costs of returning empty pallets, management costs, and inventory imbalances. As a solution, we propose the rental of pallets. With an overwhelming number of bases, we can reduce return costs, and because we are directly connected to manufacturers, we can respond immediately to inventory imbalances. [Case Summary] ■ Issues - Poor pallet recovery rate, need to secure more pallets than necessary - Costs associated with returning empty pallets and management - Inventory imbalances ■ Improvements - Reduction of return costs due to an overwhelming number of bases - Reduction of pallet management costs - Immediate response to inventory imbalances due to direct connection with manufacturers *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
