Metri Co., Ltd. was founded as an assembly factory for fluid-related devices of Nikuni Co., Ltd., which greatly contributes to society in the fields of pumps, fluid-related various devices, and ultra-precision machining assembly. While providing technical and production support for the units created by Nikuni's advanced fluid technology, we also assemble our own developed products and products manufactured by other companies. We are particularly focused on agricultural product development, having developed and commercialized agricultural liquid supply devices, among others. In recent years, thanks to our efforts, the volume of orders has increased, allowing us to thrive in various industrial sectors. This recognition of our manufacturing capabilities (quality, delivery, cost) by our customers is something we are very pleased about. Development, design, and manufacturing of pumps and pump application devices: - Agriculture / automatic management of nutrient solutions, supply devices, nutrient solution EC controllers, ozone sterilization devices, ultraviolet sterilization devices - Water treatment / automatic management devices for conductivity, membrane degassing devices, fine bubble generation devices for water treatment, pure water production devices, various gas dissolution devices - Machine tools / wetting water filtration devices, coolant filtration devices, high-pressure pump units for laser processing machines - Semiconductors / chillers for semiconductor manufacturing, inspection devices for chillers, chemical injection devices, resistivity adjustment devices - Food / gas-liquid mixing devices, vacuum dryers - Medical / medical cleaning machines, medical dryers - Hot baths / fine bubble generation devices for hot baths, carbonated spring devices, hot bath LED lighting - Others / mold temperature control devices, pure water and other pressure-boosting water supply devices Maintenance business: - Mainly conducts inspections, maintenance, and adjustments of cooling water circulation devices (chillers) for semiconductors. We inquire about the condition of the chillers in use and propose optimal parts selection, repairs, improvements, and modifications. OEM business: - We undertake assembly and testing of devices developed and designed by customers on their behalf. We accept production from various manufacturers, including pump application devices and various industrial machines, and carry out parts procurement, processing, assembly, and supply of finished products.
